[So Felid did the thing in Glen's heart. The thing that resulted in Glen being in love with him. It didn't take him long to figure out that was what he'd done, and removing Glen's demon was just a few theater payments behind Glen's back. After that, there wasn't anything Glen could do when Felid pinned him to the bed while fucking him, and forced his own blood into Glen's mouth despite the man's resistance and attempts to spit it out.]
[Coming inside Glen while he turned was probably the single most erotic thing of Felid's life, and the only downside was that it would be really impossible to top that look of hate and despair and helplessness in the man's eyes at the time.]
[Felid just would have to never forget it.]
[After that Glen wasn't so hard to drag back to their home from court. How could he face his friends when he loved the vampire he hated? When Glen WAS a vampire? So Felid brought him home as another random servant he'd taken a liking to, a powerful vampire ally but no one questioned Felid's eccentricities and if Glen resembled a prominent human enemy, no one challenged Felid on it.]
[Felid, for his part, was happy. He had more toys to collect and power to gain and this isn't how he'd hoped things would play out, but it was more than entertaining enough. Which is why he was visiting Glen's room in his own manor that night, shedding his cape on Glen's couch and making himself at home with the tepid bottled blood that was all they were allowed in the cities.]
[So from some trick or other Glen managed to keep Felid from regaining his memories. He did not, however, stop him from reaching Queen first, something Felid managed by luck and fortune somehow. But when he took the post Glen had is trust so entirely and completely, that instead of restoring his own memories instantly, he asked his "friend" what to do.]
[And Glen's response was that Felid's purpose had been to aid him all along. Believing Glen entirely, Felid gave him the power of Queen without question.]
[And there's where Felid should have ceased to exist.]
[But Glen always had a soft heart. Instead of destroying his enemy once and for all, Felid's memories were removed permanently, and the two returned to a world where Glen had the power to change fate. And change it he did. The war was ended swiftly when the vampires and monsters were eliminated, and the Hiiragi removed from power. But who did that leave to rebuild the world?]
[Only Glen could be trusted to see the world rebuilt in the proper way, so Glen was left to carry the leadership of Japan. And at his side, Felid remained, clueless and innocent and cheerfully unaware of any of their history, or that of their world. Never leaving his side. So here he is in the morning, sitting on the edge of Glen's bed with a hot cup of coffee and a genuine smile that may still, after almost two years, seem out of place and false on his face.]
Good morning~
[ In the time he's had, he's observed Glen. And though he may, essentially, be two in terms of memories and emotional growth, he's also a grown man and intelligent and educated. Most of that he hasn't forgotten, his brain is intact but missing centuries. So all he has is wits and emotions that aren't numbed by ancient boredom. And in that time, like everyone who knows Glen, he's fallen rather in love with him, even if he suspects his friend to be a bit mad.]
[So this museum had a particular artifact Felid had had his eye on for a long time. One of power, supposedly, and also, well, just great value. And then of course the challenge was a factor. One of the most guarded, valuable jeweled daggers of some king or other, in a tightly secured room in a tightly secured building.]
[What a perfect little footnote to his already impressive resume.]
[He rather thought he'd planned his heist perfectly. The guards should all have been incapacitated so there was no one to stop him from waltzing in and taking what he wanted at his leisure. That's how it should have gone.]
[So, why then, was he holding the artifact in one hand and his hand up in the other while facing a truly gorgeous specimen in uniform? Such a blunder was unlike him but he suddenly had no interest at all in ancient moldy dead guys kitchenware.]
[It's pretty unfortunate. There's a transfer in the middle of the second semester, and the young man is having significant trouble fitting in. It's not that his classmates dislike him. Rather the issue seems to be that he doesn't like being so well-liked. Something about him seems to excite boys and girls alike. Maybe he's just broody and reclusive enough to be cool and fascinating, or maybe something about him seems to put them at ease. It seems to vary.
Regardless, he's a very good student, and there really isn't any special reason for the Lit teacher to take notice of him. Other than managing to keep up after such an untimely transfer, he's not outstanding, but lately he seems to have been zoning out in class, eyes glassily fixed on the instructor. Maybe it's worth pulling him aside?]

As far as you can reasonably fit it, Yuu. And then flip that little switch to turn it on.
[He's enjoying this, a lot. Of course he is. Seeing Kureto act like a dog and Yuu do this all without being able to fight it, it's great.]
